Verifieert de email wijziging door de token te controleren.
Na succesvolle verificatie wordt het email adres gewijzigd en de gebruiker wordt doorgestuurd naar het dashboard.
Dit endpoint is publiek toegankelijk zodat gebruikers de link uit hun email kunnen openen zonder ingelogd te zijn.
